REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to our digital colouring books, guides, printables and other downloadable resources.
All digital products are available for immediate access following purchase.
By expressly agreeing to immediate digital delivery and acknowledging the loss of your 14-day cancellation right, you agree that this change-of-mind right will end once the digital content is supplied, provided the legal requirements for doing so have been met.
We therefore do not offer change-of-mind refunds once digital content has been supplied under these conditions.
Technical Problems
If your download is faulty, corrupted or inaccessible, please contact us. We will help resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Positive 100 Income Academy — Monthly Subscription
Membership & Payments
Positive 100 Income Academy is available for £1 per month, billed automatically until you cancel your subscription.
Membership provides immediate access to the Academy's lessons and resources while your subscription remains active.
Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time through your Payhip account:
Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation stops future payments. Please note that access to the Academy is removed immediately upon cancellation, even if days remain in your current paid billing period.
Refunds & Cancellation Rights
The Academy provides immediate access to pre-recorded educational content and digital resources.
Where the applicable legal requirements for loss of the 14-day digital-content cancellation right have been met, including express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, that change-of-mind right ends once digital supply begins.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds where the applicable cancellation right has been validly lost or has expired. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that continue to apply will be honoured.

Physical Books
Physical copies of Positive 100 purchased through third-party retailers such as Amazon or other distributors are subject to the refund and return policies of the retailer from which the book was purchased.
For returns, refunds, or order issues related to physical book purchases, please contact the retailer directly.
Cake & Cupcake Order Terms
Custom cakes and cupcakes are made to order and require advance booking.
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Deposits
To secure your order and booking date, a deposit equal to 50% of the total order value is required once the order details have been confirmed.
For example, if your total is £200, the deposit is £100. If your total is £70, the deposit is £35.
The deposit is applied toward the final price of your order.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and preparation time.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Orders will be cancelled if full payment is not received within this timeframe.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
However, if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the delivery date, the deposit may be transferred to a future order within 3 months of the original booking date.
Delivery
All orders are delivery only.
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be confirmed during the inquiry process.
Delivery will be arranged within an agreed delivery time window.
Allergies
Our cakes and cupcakes are made using ingredients that contain milk, eggs, and wheat.
They may also come into contact with other common allergens during preparation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific allergy requirements, so customers with allergies should consider this before placing an order.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once your order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We cannot guarantee the condition of products once they have been handled, transported, or stored incorrectly after delivery.
Handmade Products
All cakes and cupcakes are handmade and slight variations in colour, decoration, or design may occur.
